We are looking to recruit for an experienced Insolvency Administrator, you will be responsible for the management of a varied caseload of Corporate and Personal insolvency cases from onset to closure including:

The role:
* Preparing initial documents following internal procedures, including case set-up
* Identifying and obtaining information from directors/company officers, preparing pre-appointment bribery, ethical and money laundering checklists for office holder
* Effective analysis of information obtained.
* Ensuring statutory compliance including reporting and advertising requirements
* Working within agreed timescales/setting timescales
* Managing case to maximise profitability and minimising potential write-offs
* Responding to creditor queries, correspondence and telephone calls
* Efficient case management to ensure case progression.
* Day to day management of case, preparation of on-going case reviews for office holder's approval
* Maintaining and completing case checklists
* Working with minimal supervision from Directors
* Paying dividends/distributions
* Employees - liaising with employees, calculation and preparation of employee entitlements, agreeing claims.
* Closing cases

Skills needed:
* A clear understanding and expanding knowledge of all regulatory and statutory requirements as appropriate.
* AAT candidates may be suitable.
* Insolvency experience and working knowledge of the associated procedures, rules and regulations.
* Competent at using Microsoft Office
* Team worker
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Able to work under pressure with accuracy and focus.
