About the Role
As HR Manager, you will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across the business. Reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the employee experience-from recruitment to development and retention. Your expertise will contribute to creating a vibrant and positive work environment that really embodies everything this company is all about.

We're seeking a hands-on HR professional with a strong track record in generalist HR roles. Your experience managing the full employee experience, along with your excellent communication and negotiation skills, will be essential to driving growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of employees
  • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
  • Support employee wellbeing and ensure a smooth, positive employee experience from start to finish
  • Partner with leadership to shape and implement new and current HR strategies

About You
You are a Level 5 CIPD-qualified HR professional with extensive experience in managing HR operations. Your strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills will be key as you engage with teams across the region. Experience or knowledge of iTrent would be beneficial but not essential.
