Sales Negotiator

- Full time, permanent (5 day week, Saturday working as required)
- £25,000 - £30,000 DoE + remunerations and commission
- Full driving licence and access to your own car is essential

The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in the buying and selling process, assisting clients in finding their perfect property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and assist potential buyers
- Manage sales negotiations to achieve the best outcomes for our clients
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
- Handle office duties such as responding to enquiries and managing documentation
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
- Travel to various property locations (driving licence and car required)

The Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for enthusiastic, well-presented individuals with a passion for real estate. You will also be:
- Confident and personable with strong communication skills
- Computer literate and able to manage office tasks
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
You must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car.
