Technical Sales Manager (Heat Pumps)£45,000 - £60,000 + Bonus / Commission + Company Vehicle + Travel Expenses + Private MedicalCentral Belt (Home base with site visits)Are you an experienced sales professional within the heating industry looking to take your career to the next level and branch out into the renewable energy market, whilst also helping build up the UK division of a fast-growing international heat pumps company?Over recent years this company has significantly grown within the European renewable energy sector with a big focus on heat pumps and sustainable heating solutions. Off the back of their success, they are now looking to replicate this in the UK by establishing a number of regional teams and in line with this, they are looking for someone with technical sales or business development experience to help them grow in Scotland and North England.In this role you'll be responsible for promoting the company's heat pumps in the UK market. This will involve building relationships with key stakeholders across the industry, and identifying and acquiring new business partners. The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of the company's heat pump products with training courses in Austria and Poland. The role will also mean maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and utilising the CRM system to manage customer data.The ideal candidate will come from a sales background within the heating industry, and will be comfortable with a technical approach to sales. The candidate will need to be outgoing and hungry to drive company growth.
