CBW is seeking a Cleaner for a reputable FM company in Haddington, offering a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour PAYE.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Cleaner and possess a strong customer service focus.
The role involves cleaning communal areas and toilets, touch point cleaning, and adhering to health and safety policies.
Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with knowledge of relevant standards such as COSHH and risk assessment.
This position is temporary with the potential for permanent employment, and candidates must be able to pass a PVG check.

Cleaner Haddington - FM Service Provider - £12.00 per hour PAYE

CBW have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaner to work for an established FM company based in a large commercial building in Haddington. The successful candidate will have a proven track record working as a Cleaner outlined in an up to date CV.

Package Includes:

Competitive salary up to £12.00 per hour PAYE
Training and support will be available on site

Monday - Thursday - 4pm - 10pm
Friday - 12.30pm - 6.30pm

The successful candidate will be hired on a temporary basis leading to a permanent opportunity.

Key duties & Responsibilities:

Cleaning of communal areas and toilets
Touch point cleaning
Comply with health and safety policies/legislation
React to all requests from the client or management team within the specified time frame
Ensure that all operations are conducted safety and appropriate risk assessment is conducted for non-recorded activities
Note and report any general maintenance issues across the estate

Requirements:

Previous experience in a demanding environment
Customer service focused
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge and applications of relevant standards and legislation such as COSHH, risk assessment, hygiene standards and health & safety management
Ideally have previous commercial cleaning experience competent and understands the works involved in the job role
Must have or be able to pass a PVG
Ability to work independently and unsupervised
