About The Job:

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for technical administration? Our client is looking for a Technical Administrator to join their dynamic team in Dunbar. This permanent, full-time position offers a chance to make a tangible impact within an established business. You will work closely with a friendly and experienced team, primarily reporting to the Technical Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Technical Submittals to ensure seamless project flow
  • Update and maintain Product & Safety Data Sheets to guarantee compliance
  • Keep the companies technical literature current and accessible
  • Co-ordinate paperwork for site inspections and certification of systems.
  • Assist with the companies Research & Development programme, contributing to innovation.
  • Help design and produce engaging marketing materials
  • Maintain and enhance website content to reflect the latest offerings
  • Provide excellent telephone and email support to customers

Essential Skills:

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Full clean UK driving licence with access to a vehicle as the office is not easily accessible.

Desirable Skills:

    • Experience with database applications
    • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (or equivalent)

Basic Terms:

      • Location: 100% Office Based - East Lothian
      • Working Hours: 08:00-16:00 (incl. 30 min unpaid break) Monday to Friday
      • Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 d.o.e
