As a Lead Data Scientist you will work to collate, model and analyse data relating to the development of novel biosensors.

The client are an innovative start-up developing novel biosensors for use in diagnostic and biosafety applications.

Description

As a Data Scientist you will:

  • Be responsible for modelling complex data sets stemming from ongoing research
  • Analyse, report, interpret and present results to key stakeholder to influence research and projects
  • Analysing data using a range of statistical tools to identify trends and patterns
  • Understanding product delivery cycle and provide analyses across product life cycles contributing to driving projects forward

Profile

To be successful you will have:

  • PhD in Data Science, Mathematics or Physics with first-hand industry experience of complex data modelling
  • Skills with data processing, visualisation and interpretation with experience drawing conclusions and presenting to stakeholders
  • Expertise in data analysis, mathematical modelling,and scientific programming utilising the likes of Python, R and SQL
