Your new company

Based in the East Renfrewshire area, our client is recruiting for a Part-Time Office Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is a 20/21 hour working week, working three days out of seven each week, with one of those days being a Saturday every second week. Your role will ensure the smooth and effective running of the business, exercising judgment and discretion in all tasks.This is a great opportunity to work within a dynamic environment and add significant value.

Your new role

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including meet and greet duties, minute taking, telephone answering, and call redirection. Maintaining stationery and welfare supplies will also be part of your duties. In addition, you will be responsible for running errands, overseeing office maintenance, and handling various other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate would be a team player with flexibility, judgment, and discretion. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, along with a good standard of education (Scottish higher level or equivalent).Being organised, driven, and adaptable with a positive attitude is crucial.
