Job Advert: General Operative - Pallet Repair

Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking a General Operative to join their team as a Pallet Repair specialist. This role involves the removal of pallets from deliveries, quality checking them, repairing any damages, and washing the pallets before restacking them. You may also be required to use a jet wash and basic hand tools.
Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day. You will have the freedom to choose the specific hours that suit you (day shift only). 11.44 per hour.
While no specific qualifications are required, experience in quality checking and repairing items is preferred. If you have worked with pallets before, that is a bonus! As a General Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the pallets so that they can be reused. Strong attention to detail is a must.
This role involves manual handling and requires some lifting and bending, so you should be physically fit and capable of meeting the physical demands of the job.
*Due to the location of this role - you must have access to your own transport. No public transport routes available*
