The RoleAs Finance Business Partner, you will provide financial insight and support to senior stakeholders, ensuring the business continues its strong growth trajectory. This is a highly visible role, working closely with operational teams to improve efficiency, profitability, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership and operational teams to drive financial performance
- Provide commercial analysis, financial modelling, and scenario planning to support strategic decisions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Identify and drive cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and margin enhancements
- Support M&A activity and integration of new acquisitions
- Present financial insights to the board and private equity investors
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience
- Proven track record in a Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance role, ideally in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial setting
- Experience in a private equity-backed environment is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven
