Do you have experience in Accounts and Tax but want more flexibility on the hours you work?Are you comfortable dealing with clients and enjoy working as part of a small team?If so then this Part-Time Accountant role could be a great opportunity for you!You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and your responsibilities will include:

Prepare accounts in accordance with FRS 102(1A) for a mixed portfolio of clients including limited companies, sole traders and partnerships
Preparation of corporation tax returns and dealing with any HMRC queries
Personal Tax – preparing tax returns and also providing advice and guidance to clients
VAT returns
Prepare management accounts

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in practice – covering accounts and tax
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A desire to learn and an interest in Tax would be beneficial
