Our client is a leading British manufacturer of specialist synthetic fibre ropes, recognized globally for quality, performance, and innovation. With a heritage spanning over 200 years, they are dedicated to delivering high-performance rope solutions across various sectors, including leisure marine, defence, and commercial marine.

We are recruiting for their next European Sales Manager focussing on the Leisure Marine arm of the business.

Our ideal candidate will have a keen interest and participation in leisure marine activities such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, dinghy sailing, or yachting is ideal, have a proven track record of successful sales experience, as well as experience working with distributors.

Hybrid position with two days a week in the office on the South Coast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the OEM customer base in Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends, staying ahead of competitors and positioning our client as a leader in the marine equipment industry.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer service.
