Are you a natural leader who can train and develop a sales team? As the Sales Team Leader, you will use your knowledge of the sales cycle to lead by example in generating new business sales appointments for the Field Sales teams.
Job duties of the Sales Team Leader are to:
- Lead by example with new business sales calling
- Train the Internal Sales team in sales techniques
- Win new business and re-engage with lapsed clients
Skills and experience required for the Sales Team Leader are:
- Experience of sales techniques and cold calling methods for prospecting new business
- Good IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and ERP Systems (SAP, Nav, Sage etc.)
- Competent negotiator
- Ability to search out and win new business opportunities using various methods
- Proven track record in achieving targets
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
