  • Salary:£53,000 per annum (£25.49/hour)

On behalf of our client, a well-respected care home provider, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to drive service improvement and high-quality care delivery.
  • Lead and support the nursing and care team, ensuring best practices and clinical excellence.
  • Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to nursing staff.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure residents medical needs are met.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, safeguarding procedures, and internal policies.
  • Oversee infection prevention, medication management, and resident care plans.
  • Conduct team meetings, deliver training, and ensure clear communication across the team.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration and nursing qualification.
  • Proven experience in a deputy or managerial role within a care or nursing home setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills.
  • A compassionate and resident-focused approach to care delivery.
