On behalf of our client, a well-respected care home provider, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Home Manager to drive service improvement and high-quality care delivery.
- Lead and support the nursing and care team, ensuring best practices and clinical excellence.
- Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to nursing staff.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure residents medical needs are met.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, safeguarding procedures, and internal policies.
- Oversee infection prevention, medication management, and resident care plans.
- Conduct team meetings, deliver training, and ensure clear communication across the team.
- Valid NMC registration and nursing qualification.
- Proven experience in a deputy or managerial role within a care or nursing home setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills.
- A compassionate and resident-focused approach to care delivery.
