About the Role: Engage Education is thrilled to partner with a vibrant and nurturing pre-school in Eastbourne, currently seeking an enthusiastic Level2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team ASAP! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nursery nurse who is passionate about creating a joyful, enriching environment where children can thrive and grow. Our pre-school is all about fostering a lifelong love of learning from day one, ensuring each child feels valued and inspired to achieve their very best.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 2or 3 Qualification in Children’s Care, Learning, and Development or equivalent.
- Experience with Montessori philosophy is a plus!
- Previous nursery/childcare experience with a proven track record of positive, engaging interactions.
- A true team player who is also comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Someone who brings fun, creativity, and positivity to the team and every child they support.
