About the RoleAs Clinical Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key leadership role, supporting the Home Manager in ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing clinical care delivery and ensuring it meets regulatory standards.
- Supporting and mentoring the care team to promote professional development and excellent care practices.
- Managing staffing, training, and development to maintain a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
- Conducting audits, updating care plans, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
- Acting as a key point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
We are looking for a confident and experienced leader with:
- Valid NMC PIN and a strong clinical background.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a care home or similar environment.
- A thorough understanding of CQC regulations and best care practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
