Town Planner - Rural Planning

Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a Property and Land Management company who, due to a growing pipeline of work, are now looking to hire an additional Town Planner to their dynamic team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join the team in helping their growing portfolio of clients through the full planning process, from minor changes of use of agricultural barns to multi-million pound residential and commercial building projects.

My client's team have been delivering expert guidance to clients that include traditional estates, family run commercial farms, property developers and new owners - large and small. The Planning team has historically had a proven track-record in helping landowners identify development opportunities and put together successful applications.

Candidate Requirements:

  • RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or a relevant field of study.
  • MRTPI Chartership, or eligibility.
  • Demonstratable previous experience, ideally within rural planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently.
