This project encompasses a mix of new build and refurbishment elements, offering a diverse and engaging environment for you to showcase your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing trades on site effectively
- Scheduling works and managing the project diary
- Ensuring the project stays within budget and adheres to the agreed timescale
- Reporting to a Contracts Manager and demonstrating experience in independently managing projects of a similar size
- Making confident business decisions and being accountable for project outcomes
