Hours: Full-time with overtime available
Salary: 28,000 - 32,000 plus overtime options

The Service Engineer is a very responsible customer facing role and requires a great deal of communication and technical ability as well as a sound understanding of customer care and the systems operated by the company to perform the role. The Service Engineer is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of work allocated to them and reporting back as directed by company procedures that work has been completed satisfactorily and to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.

- Overnight if required - 35 per night payment is paid ( this is not for food )

- During first 8 weeks they will be required to travel and stay in locations in UK to accommodate training and hotels and food is paid for by the business.

Tasks
- Carry out monthly stock takes on van stock or stock at stored lockups
- Deliver a good customer service at all times, including service plans and upgrade options
- Obtain tasks using PDA Software as provide and trained to use
- Carry out risk assessments on each job as required
- Report and carry out any other requests required of your line manager.
Experience & Qualifications
The successful candidate will be commercially aware and have a strong engineering background.Have 1 year minimum experience in electrical/mechanical engineering
- Hold a clean driving license
- IT Literate especially on Microsoft products
- Proven ability to fault finding in multiple different environments
