First Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a growing team for an ongoing week-to-week basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact to the HR Manager, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keeping information up to date on relevant databases
- Preparing documentation
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Helping to maintain training records and booking external training as required as well as ensuring that staff complete e-learning modules and Toolbox Talks
- Assisting with coordinating inductions, training and safety critical medicals
- Printing and scanning documentation as required from teams across the Company
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities
Location: Hailsham
Hours:
- (Monday to Friday) 40 hours a week
