We are seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team in Hailsham and help lead lessons in the teacher's absence while delivering focused interventions for small groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage lessons in the absence of the teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and focused.
- Deliver small group interventions to support students who need extra help.
- Work closely with the teaching team to adapt lesson plans and resources to meet student needs.
- Support students in developing their knowledge and skills in a positive and inclusive learning environment.
About You
- You are a proactive and confident individual with experience leading groups of students.
- You have a strong understanding of primary education and are able to adapt teaching methods to suit a range of learning styles.
- Experience as an HLTA or in a similar role is desirable, but a genuine passion for helping students succeed is essential.
