Job Description
Syntech Recruitment are currently working with a client that is looking to expand their team and take on a Stores Assistant to work in their busy and productive workshop.

Duties and Responsibilities
- To ensure all material movements are made safely with due care and attention to oneself and others
- Support and participate in the 5s programme and within the thew stores zones
- Carry out other duties as requested by the Material Control Manager
- To pick and deliver work orders in a timely manner
- Ensure all stock is appropriately secured
- Arrange collection of materials for external suppliers
- Book orders onto the in-house system
- Stock control
- Carrying out all necessary paperwork
About you
- Experience of working in a stores or handler role
- Computer literate - Word, Outlook
- Experience use of an ERP system
- Safe handling principles
- Good level of fitness
- Forklift license would be an advantage
