We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a primary school in Hailsham. In this role, you will provide crucial support to students with specific learning needs, disabilities, or other challenges, helping them thrive academically and socially. You will work closely with these students to offer tailored assistance and create a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
