Learning Mentor - Supporting Students in Their Journey

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Learning Mentor to join a school in Hailsham. In this role, you will support students who face emotional, social, or behavioural challenges, helping them build resilience and achieve their full potential in a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students experiencing emotional, social, or behavioural challenges.
  • Help students develop strategies to manage their emotions, improve behaviour, and engage with their learning.
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to create tailored support plans for individual students.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported.
