Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in high-end joinery and a passion for delivering exceptional fit-out projects? This is a fantastic opportunity to lead bespoke projects ranging from £0.5m to £6.5m for a prestigious company specializing in luxury interiors.
Role Overview:
- Position: Project Manager
- Scope: Oversee high-end residential fit-out projects, managing up to two projects concurrently (dependent on size). Projects are primarily London-based, with 90% of the time spent in the office and occasional site visits.
- Start Date: immeiately
- Location: Candidates ideally based in Norwich or Fakenham.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in project planning and program management.
- Strong joinery background, particularly in high-end residential projects.
- Proficiency in Excel and other project management tools.
- Collaborative approach, working within a structure of Head of Projects ? PM ? Design Engineer/Draughtsmen.
