As a Children's Support Worker, your role is vital. Being a professional parent, you will provide nurturing care and therapeutic support to young people.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Offering emotional and social support to help youth build relationships and connect with their communities.
- Taking children to school and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborating with the education team to support learning.
- Creating a home-like atmosphere.
- Planning evening, weekend, and holiday activities.
- Supporting personal development plans for each child.
You will need:
- A full UK driving license
- Passion for supporting and caring for young people.

You will work a variety of shifts on a 4-week rota, including sleep-ins, which add around an extra 1,000 per year to your basic salary.
