We are recruiting for a Quality Engineer to join an established Manufacturing business based in the Dudley/ Halesowen area. The Quality Engineer will work across two sites maintaining and developing product quality improvement and working to improve manufacturing processes.
As a Quality Engineer you will be required too :
* Carry out data analysis
* Participate in the development & resolution of quality issues (at customer & Tier 1 levels)
* Identify root cause of any issues & put in place any corrective measures
* Maintain communication of internal & external rejects to stakeholders
* Provide support to the Quality Manager
Requirements:
*Technical foundry knowledge is required
* Knowledge of production processes & foundry capabilities
* Experience of managing quality systems
* Able to influence change and drive improvement
* Embed improvement into process activities
* Maintain a culture of quality
