We are currently recruiting for the role of Quality Systems Co-ordinator for our client.

This role will be based at the Halesowen site but will also cover quality requirements and support at all other sites in the UK when applicable. Travelling between sites will be required so a full UK driving license is essential.

The candidate, in conjunction with the Quality Manager, will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

The role involves managing quality, environmental, and health & safety processes to support the company's objectives and regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate should have the ability to follow processes and procedures correctly, and ensure that these are completed correctly, so an eye for detail is essential. To be able to listen to instruction and to take on board any action required. A good communicator, both written and verbal is essential.

Essential knowledge/skills:

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar Quality Assurance role, ideally within a similar environment.

A recognised certificate in Quality Management

Relevant experience/ qualifications in maintaining and auditing management systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

Strong understanding of ISO standards, product regulations, and best practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Knowledge of Integrated Management System requirements is essential.

Knowledge of Construction Product Regulations (CPR) and experience in writing Declaration of Performances (DOPs)

Knowledge of document control processes

Experience with external audits, including working with certification bodies.

The hours of work will be 37.5 hours a week, 0830-1700 Monday to Friday.
