Finance Administrator

We're on the lookout for a Finance Administrator to join our client's Finance function, with a focus on managing and reconciling personal money for their clients. It's a varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys detail, is great with numbers, and wants to feel proud of the impact they're making.

What you'll be doing day-to-day
  • Checking and reconciling personal money records and prepaid card transactions.

  • Making sure receipts are attached, everything adds up, and forms are complete.

  • Helping to keep track of financial capacity assessments and keeping everyone updated.

  • Supporting with payments-whether that's bills, rent, or care charges.

  • Doing daily and monthly bank reconciliations for our client accounts.

  • Monitoring shared inboxes and answering finance-related queries.

  • Preparing and loading prepaid cards, and making sure the right approvals are in place.

  • Making sure everything is properly recorded, accurate, and filed with care.

We'd love to hear from you if you…
  • Have some experience working in finance, accounts or admin (1-2 years is great).

  • Are confident using Excel (things like pivot tables and VLOOKUPs).

  • Have great attention to detail and enjoy making sure everything is in order.

  • Are friendly, organised and happy picking up the phone as well as emailing.

  • Like to work in a team, but can also get on with things independently.

  • Want a role that's more than just numbers-something with real purpose.
