Overview

A global manufacturing company are searching for a new Accounts Payable Clerk. Being a part of a fantastic, close-knit team, you will gain exposure to all aspects of Accounts Payable.

In this role you will be responsible for invoice coding and processing, inter-company reconciliations, and generating payment runs. You will directly report to the Senior Finance Controller, as well as communicating to all inter-company stakeholders.

You will be a vital part to the Accounts Payable team, in addition to the wider finance team. Truly valued!

Skills required

  • Experience within a similar position, with knowledge of processing invoices and reconciliations.
  • A great understanding of Microsoft Excel, would be beneficial.
  • Have great time management and organisational skills to hit deadlines and manger high voluminous work, as well as taking full responsibility for different processes.
  • The ability to work autonomously, with close attention to detail, ensuring all information is checked and correct.
