Internal Sales Executive

We are very excited to be recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to work for a manufacturing company based in Halesowen.The role has come about due to rapid growth so it is an exciting time to join.Our internal sales office is a busy, fun environment with loads going on! This job is extremely fast paced as we turn orders & deliveries around on a next day service and constantly try to innovate products to suit our customer's needs.The main duties will be:· Manage all internal queries through your personal inbox, phone enquiries and sales inbox· Delivering fast, efficient and quality service to all our customer· Providing excellent customer service· Develop warm internal leads and identify prospective sales pipelines for passing on to Key Account Managers, Outbound Sales, Business Development teams etcThe ideal candidate will have the following skills:· Experience in high volume sales· Enthusiastic and looking to become part of a winning culture· Adaptable and able to deal with a variety of enquiries at once· Excellent phone manner and professional approach to customers· Able to work independently as well as part of a teamIn return the company will provide :· Salary - £27,000- £30,000· Uncapped Commission Scheme - with pay rise scheme based on performance· Join a company that has been 4th fastest growing company in the UK in the Fast Track 100 and 54th fastest growing company in the UK Sunday Times across a 2-3-year period· Fun working culture - we have massive focus on the team and playing as one unitDay shifts 8.00am to 5.00pmPlease apply now and send your CV to
