CNC Programmer Setter Operator

Janco Recruitment are currently recruiting for a CNC Programmer Setter Operator on behalf of their clients based in Halesowen.

The CNC Programmer Setter Operator will work alongside a small team to produce high quality products.

This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.

The salary range for this role is between £30,000 pa to £37,000,experience dependent.

Job role and duties;

• Reading from drawings to program, set and operate machinery
• Produce high quality products
• Work in line with company procedures and machine capability
• Conduct quality checks on finished products using basic maths for measurements.
• Troubleshoot issues with CNC machinery and implement solutions promptly.
• Maintain and improve productivity
• Work to company health and safety protocols and keep work area tidy at all times.
