Location: Birmingham

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (39 hours per week)

They are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead our engineering projects from concept to completion. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions to their international client base.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within scope.

Team Leadership: Coordinate and motivate project teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration. Adjust plans as needed to maintain progress.

Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.

Commercial Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and mitigate risks to ensure profitability.

Technical Guidance: Apply your understanding of engineering principles to meet technical requirements and support the team.

Communication: Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and present updates to senior management and clients.

About You

A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

Proven experience in an engineering project management role

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Commercially astute with experience managing budgets

Technically proficient, with a solid grasp of engineering principles

Skilled in using project management software
