We are currently working with an industry leading recruitment firm with over 600 employees across 85 branches, who are keen to appoint a Training & Development Consultant to support with the implementation of a new CRM.

This will be a 12-month FTC, with a salary banding of £40-60k. Based in Halesowen, this will be a hybrid contract with office presence required to deliver training and support.

Daily duties include:

  • Leading on a digital transformation project for the implementation of the Bullhorn CRM
  • Identify and prioritise system training needs, ensuring solutions align with project objectives and business processes
  • Deliver high-quality, targeted sessions that enable employees to confidently use new systems, incorporating best practice techniques
  • Develop structured, multimodal training materials and frameworks grounded in proven methodologies (e.g., ADDIE)
  • Produce clear, accessible, and engaging system training resources, tailored to diverse learning styles and technical proficiencies
  • Collaborate with project leads, SMEs, and end-users, providing expert guidance and continuous feedback loops to refine training approaches
  • Oversee training schedules, resource allocation, and iterative enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and sustained upskilling of internal teams to maintain best practice standards

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programmes for system implementation
  • Knowledge of Bullhorn is desirable
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies
  • Proficient in using e-learning tools
  • Ability to translate technical processes into user-friendly training materials

Working hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
  • Flexible start and finish
