What You'll Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly voice of our company, assisting our customers with their enquiries and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Providing product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborating with our engineering team to relay customer feedback and enhance our services.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
