The Client recruiting for the Service Coordinator:

Your Role as a Service Coordinator:

  • Speaking with customers and handling inbound emails/calls
  • Discussing their situation regarding materials testing equipment, needs, and budget
  • Request calibration certificates
  • Utilise existing database to find further to arrange engineer visits for pending annual calibrations
  • Follow up on warm leads from calls/emails and website, liaising with sales team
  • Provides quotes, PO's and follow up on such.
  • ~8am - 5pm Monday - Thursday, 8am - 2pm Friday

Ideal Background for the Service Coordinator Position:

  • Existing experience as a coordinator in an office-based environment
  • Ideally some experience with sales / service administration / coordination
  • Commercially astute
  • Organised and methodical mindset
  • Able to have technical conversations with customers
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • A customer service focus
  • Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship

The Package for the Service Coordinator:

  • £30,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary (Up to £42k if from industry)

  • 4 days in office, 1 from home when trained and up to speed.

  • 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays.
