The Client recruiting for the Service Coordinator:

Your Role as a Service Coordinator:
- Speaking with customers and handling inbound emails/calls
- Discussing their situation regarding materials testing equipment, needs, and budget
- Request calibration certificates
- Utilise existing database to find further to arrange engineer visits for pending annual calibrations
- Follow up on warm leads from calls/emails and website, liaising with sales team
- Provides quotes, PO's and follow up on such.
- ~8am - 5pm Monday - Thursday, 8am - 2pm Friday
Ideal Background for the Service Coordinator Position:
- Existing experience as a coordinator in an office-based environment
- Ideally some experience with sales / service administration / coordination
- Commercially astute
- Organised and methodical mindset
- Able to have technical conversations with customers
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- A customer service focus
- Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
The Package for the Service Coordinator:
- £30,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary (Up to £42k if from industry)
- Annual company performance related bonus
- 4 days in office, 1 from home when trained and up to speed.
- Continuous development and training
- 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays.
