Hayley Group Limited have an opening for a Data Analyst to work within our well-established and experienced Services & Solutions based in Halesowen. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:

As our Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analysing data from a range of sources across the company, reporting on findings to further improve business operations.

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities as our Data Analyst will include:

  • Extracting and analysing data from various sources.
  • Monitoring pricing to ensure it is accurate and up to date.
  • Providing actionable insights to improve product and service offerings.
  • Tracking and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assisting in the development of customer success best practices.
  • Support the development of customer success content and resources.
  • Assisting in the accurate reporting of Added Value initiatives.
  • Researching and reporting on competitor activity.

Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our Data Analyst:

  • A strong analytical mindset.
  • A good level of practical experience in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of SmartSheets and SharePoint would be advantageous.
  • Experience within MRO distribution and added-value services would be beneficial.
  • Good level of communication skills and able to work both independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
