Major Recruitment are seeking a talented Security Systems Engineer/Reactive Engineer on behalf of our successful client, a well-established security solutions provider based in Halesowen. This is an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to progress in their career, working in a supportive and dynamic team environment. You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining various security systems, with a focus on fault finding and system repairs.

Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain a wide range of security systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarms
- Diagnose and troubleshoot reactive faults efficiently
- Provide clear and concise service reports and documentation
- Collaborate effectively within a team, offering support to colleagues as required
- Be available for occasional out-of-town assignments
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the security industry with strong fault-finding skills
- Familiarity with a variety of security systems (e.g., Paxton, Hikvision, Avigilon, Salto, Galaxy)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- IPAF and ECS certification (preferred but not essential)

- Access Control: Salto, Paxton, Came, Stentofon
- CCTV: Avigilon, Axis, Synetics, Hikvision, Dahua
- Alarms: Galaxy, Texecom, Eaton
