The Role:

The firm is offering a Contentious Probate Solicitor/Partner the opportunity to join a workplace handling a varied caseload of Contentious Probate matters with the view of growing and developing the department. The firm acknowledges this is a huge growth area and is keen to establish itself as a go to provider. 

About You:

To be considered for this Contentious Probate Solicitor role you will have the ability to handle a caseload with minimal supervision. You ideally will have had management experience and experience of building and developing a department. You must be at Senior level already (SA or Partner) and ideally be ACTAPS accredited.
