The Opportunity:

Our Client is looking for a dynamic Google Ads Specialist to join their rapidly expanding agency. This role is ideal for someone passionate about devising high-impact paid advertising campaigns, eager to contribute to the mission, and ready to excel in an environment that promotes growth and innovation.

Note: This position is based in the office with no hybrid or remote working options.

Our Client utilises the following platforms with their clients:

  • Google Ads (search and display)
  • Google Local Service Ads
  • Microsoft Ads
  • Facebook/Instagram Ads
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to enhance client success in the trades sector.
  • Produce monthly reports and Loom videos, providing clients with clear insights into their campaign outcomes and outlining strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate weekly Q&A sessions, offering clients a platform to deepen their understanding of their paid ad strategies.
  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis to ensure our campaigns consistently lead the pack, including seasonal campaigns to maintain fresh and engaging content.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, sharing important insights with clients and our team to preserve our competitive edge.
  • Work closely with a team of graphic designers, virtual assistants, and web developers to deliver cohesive and inventive ad campaigns.
  • Support the leadership team by offering feedback necessary for training and SOP documentation.
What our Client is looking for: 
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, with a proven record of delivering results.
  • Strong analytical abilities, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at elucidating technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking, able to devise novel strategies to meet and exceed client objectives.
  • Experience within a digital marketing agency setting (preferred).
