We are currently representing a leading Health & Social Care provider who are looking to appoint an Resourcing Lead to manage a team responsible for the end to end sourcing of candidates.

Our client is proud to provide a wide range of support services and activities to vulnerable service users, with over 350 sites across the country.

This will be a full time and permanent post, with a salary of £34,000 and will be hybrid position, with 1-2 days required in their Head Office in Halesowen and the rest working from home.

Daily duties will include:

  • Responsible for the line management of a team of 10 Onboarding Administrators and dealing with escalated queries from the team
  • Reporting into the Resourcing Manager and working closely with the Regional Managers and Divisional
  • Managing Director on understating the key challenges of the division and areas of priority
  • Attending divisional meetings/calls as a recruitment representative
  • Leading the recruitment team of 7 to ensure they are aligned to the division, creating a joined-up approach to the full end to end recruitment cycle
  • Driving efficiencies and promote productivity within the team, setting individual and team targets
  • Prioritising key services that are experiencing staffing challenges by providing additional support and focus to establish the root cause by the analysing and manipulating staffing data
  • Working closely with the Resourcing Manager to further develop and improve recruitment processes and candidate attraction initiatives
  • Providing recruitment data and benchmarking documents to support with pay reviews, staffing reviews and when requested for reporting purposes

Skills required:

  • Confident communicator
  • Strong people manager, used to developing and co-ordinating team’s work
  • Comprehensive knowledge of end to end recruitment
