Our Client is expanding, and are searching for an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to help recruit top talent, manage HR functions, and support employee engagement as they scale.

The Opportunity

As a HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take the lead on sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth onboarding. You will also play a key role in HR operations, helping us build an engaged and high-performing team.

Note: This is an office-based role with no option for hybrid or remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Screen & interview candidates, ensuring the best talent joins our team.
  • Develop & improve hiring pipelines, ensuring efficiency in recruitment.
  • Support HR functions, including employee relations and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Contribute to company culture & engagement, fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements: 
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interviewing & candidate assessment skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines and prioritise tasks.
  • A people-first mindset with strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, able to implement and improve HR processes.
  • Understanding of employment law & HR best practices.
