This niche ERP software company are hiring an experienced support manager.
The office is based in Halesowen, they are hybrid working with 3 days in the office each week, this gives a chance to build a team environment, share knowledge and have a bit of banter.
You must want to work in the office, this is a job for someone who likes being with people, this will not suit a remote worker.
You will have a background of application support that includes and understanding of
Accounting and ERP functionality,
This role is fully responsible for managing the support team, so you will have previous hands on experience of running a support team:
Managing

Running a queue

Reporting
You will have run a team and be very comfortable managing the queue.
