Temporary to Permanent assignment

Up to £12.80 an hourAre you an experienced Operations Assistant looking for a new challenge? My client is seeking a proactive and efficient individual to join their Business Support Team. As a Fleet Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organisation's fleet of motor vehicles.Responsibilities Included:

- Assist in the administration and coordination of the company's fleet of motor vehicles- Provide a first point of contact by responding to telephone and email enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required- Maintain accurate records of vehicles using in-house Fleet database including adding new vehicles to MID, Breakdown- Ensure compliance with government rules and regulations i.e. tax / mot- Support services with fleet enquiriesSkills and Attributes:

- Previous experience in a similar role- Strong organisational and administrative skills- Excellent attention to detail- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders- Knowledge of government rules and regulations related to fleet management
