Totally Recruitment Ltd is looking for an SEO Specialist to lead our clients organic search strategy, ensuring they maximise visibility for their brand and clients.

The Opportunity

As a SEO Specialist, you will develop and implement SEO strategies to improve rankings, increase traffic, and drive conversions. This is an opportunity for a data-driven SEO professional to take ownership of our clients organic growth initiatives and make a real impact.

Note: This is an office-based role with no option for hybrid or remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct keyword research & competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimise websites & content for SEO, improving search rankings and organic visibility.
  • Develop link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
  • Track & analyse SEO performance, using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends & Google algorithm updates, ensuring best practices are applied.
  • Collaborate with content creators & web developers to implement SEO-friendly content and site improvements.
  • Provide SEO reports & insights, offering strategic recommendations to improve performance.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven SEO experience, preferably in an agency or high-growth business.
  • Strong analytical skills & knowledge of ranking factors.
  • Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.).
  • Ability to develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies.
  • Experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills.
