Setting: Hybrid with the requirement to visit locations across Chesterfield, Leicester and Birmingham
FULL UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.

As a supported accommodation officer, you will secure suitable homes for the people you support. You will work with housing providers, contractors, and internal teams to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Find and help purchase properties
- Be the main contact for housing providers and contractors.
- Work with our estates team on housing projects.
- Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and housing regulations.
- Manage property contracts.
- Conduct property inspections and risk assessments.
- Support individuals with tenancy queries.
- Keep accurate records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in the social care sector, including social housing and support.
- Understanding of CQC transitions and on going care package requirements.
- Knowledge of tenancy agreements and housing regulations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Valid UK driving licence
