Think Office Recruitment is delighted to be representing a well established and successfulclient based in Halesowen.

They are looking for an exceptional PA/Office Manager who has confident communicationskills, good attention to detailand able to work using their own initiative in a stand alone role. .

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking construction company who are looking for an experienced PAto work alongside the Director. Experience within the construction sectorwould be an advantage.They are looking for a highly organised candidate who embraces change, is eager to progressand offer the support required to push the business forward.

. Please note that the hours are 7.30am - 4pm Monday to Friday

  • Extensive e-mail management
  • Arranging & preparing for meetings
  • Minute taking
  • Processing expenses
  • Arranging of events
  • Managing all travel and accommodation
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Processing Payments
  • Maintain filing systems and archiving
  • Checking purchase invoices are correct
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies

About you:-

  • Experience in construction is desirable
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Intermediate IT skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Fast and accurate keyboard skills with excellent attention to detail, use of language and grammar
