We are currently recruiting for a HR and Safeguarding Admin to join our client based in Halesowen. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Senior Lead with the process of HR, Safeguarding and Recruitment, helping to support the staff and clients.
Main duties:
- Support the process of recruitment including creating job descriptions, advertising, CV selection, coordinating and arranging interviews.
- Conduct background and DBS checks
- Schedule meetings and manage the office calendar
- Organize welcome packs for new staff
- Maintain accurate staff records e.g contracts and personnel files
- Assist the Senior Lead with administration tasks
- Help to coordinate safeguarding training for staff
- To support the identification, management and mitigation of risks related to HR and safeguarding, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- To undertake other duties as required by your line manager
