Lettings Negotiator – Package

  • A basic salary of up to £28,000

Day to day responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator:

You will have involvement in all areas of the lettings process at various stages, so this role really is vital for the team and the business.

Property Administration:Facilitating contractor visits, including allocation and monitoring of keys, taking rental payments, chasing of arrears (letters) reporting maintenance issues to clients and taking instructions, diary management for property managers. Dealing with property enquiries (walk ins, phones, voicemails, emails) Property marketing (monitoring and updating window cards and portals)

Pre tenancy administration:Tenancy applications, overseeing tenant referencing using Goodlord, agreeing lets, preparation of tenancy agreements and overseeing legal compliance.Out of office property management:

Key/tenancy handovers, inventories, routine visits and completion of health and safety visits/inspections.You must keep up to date and follow company ISO (quality control) procedures 

OverviewThis role will see you responsible for property management and tenancy related work within our Residential Lettings department. The role is varied and fast paced, and requires strong customer service skills, organisation and attention to detail. Your role will involve a variety of in office and out of office responsibilities. 

Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed

  • Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is advantageous
  • Great Sales/ Customer Service experience.
  • A natural with people
  • Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
  • You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
