We are proud to be partnering with a Social Care organisation based in Halesowen who are looking to appoint a Finance Administrator on a permanent position

This will be a full-time permanent position, with hybrid working one day per week in the office and a salary of £25,000 - £26,000 per annum.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Reconciling weekly personal monies sheet, ensuring receipts are sense checked
  • Tracking Finance Capacity assessments to ensure they are al up to date and advertise relevant parties of change
  • Ensuring all agreements for personal monies and household funds are up to date and signed
  • Allocating receipts and payments into bank accounts
  • Completing daily bank reconciliations including all Client bank accounts and Rent/Service Charge accounts
  • Monitoring People We Support/personal money inboxes
  • Completing monthly reviews of all account to ensure funds on account and available for service users
  • Preparing month end statements for review and posting out to Appointees

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Good communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload in a timely manner
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines without supervision
  • Financial Account and general book keeping
